Head to Heart

To handle yourself use your head !
To handle others use your heart !!

With wisdom's light, your path is clear,
Make choices wise, without a fear.

Yet when connecting, heart's the key,
To handle others, empathy!

With kindness' touch and love's embrace,
Embrace their souls, find common space.

So balance both, with gentle art,
Head and heart, a perfect chart.

In harmony, you'll surely find,
A world where hearts and minds align.

About this poem

"Head to Heart" is a reflective and introspective poem that explores the journey from the realm of rationality and logic (the head) to the realm of emotions and feelings (the heart). It delves into the eternal struggle between reason and passion and how, in finding the right balance, one can attain a deeper understanding of life and its intricacies. The poem unfolds as a metaphorical journey, where the protagonist sets out to navigate the labyrinth of life. The head is portrayed as a symbol of intellect and analysis, while the heart represents the core of emotions and desires. The poem delves into the tension between these two aspects of human nature, emphasizing the need for their harmonious coexistence.
