So Low The Pedestal
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
So low is the pedestal.
Self anointing, self serving.
And perceived as envied.
Between themselves to convince,
Their status to have it is untouchable.
Yet sold to sell they have done,
Gasoline stations and convenience stores.
To the ones to own from foreign shores.
Although...
Claim they do,
It is the rise of ethnic diversity...
Ruining 'their' entitlements.
And 'their' democracy.
But...
Isn't the creation of artificial intelligence,
Doing that?
And aren't those who are creating it,
Solicited from India.
Pakistan.
China and Japan.
While those born of African descent,
Are prevented to have the reality and truth...
Produced and taught to include,
In America's history as evidence and proof...
That a pedestal to have it sat upon,
Should be much higher than it is.
Acknowledging the contributions...
And the significance,
Of African American people.
Without...
This country as is would not have existed.
'But...
Who sold who to poachers.
And began the slave trade?
Who taught who the idea to sell themselves,
To make a buck!?'
'Well...
Let's discuss,
The benefits and advantages of ignorance.
It's less complicated.
And an acceptable tactic for the ones bigoted.
Claiming themselves the superior race.
Defending this fiction to the bitter end.
While supporting artificial intelligence,
To replace all human beings.'
'It's too late to put these nuts,
Back into their broken shells.'
'Hey...
Folks protecting to defend,
Their fictional lives to the bitter end...
Have already proven,
Truth to them had never existed.
And reality is either a movie or TV show.
Watched until all the space,
Within...
Their thick skulls is occupied by nonsense.'
'What about their broken shells?'
'Cellular cells inside shells can easily break.
However,
The skull is a thick bone wrapped to secure...
Nevermind! Forget it.
Just know...
A low pedestal is not as high as a higher one.
Okay?
It makes no sense attempting to achieve,
Anything close to comprehension these days.'
'WHY you looking at me?
Like I'm the fool.
I'm not the one attempting to convince,
An achieving of comprehension...
Will leave me peacefully sleeping at nights!'
'Whatever!'
'Now that,
I comprehend to understand it understood.
All that high and low pedestal business,
Is too confusing.
Keep it simple.
And I ain't t calling you stupid.
But try to keep your explanations basic.
You know...
Everybody doesn't have,
A high school diploma.'
'That's not funny.'
'Whatever!'
