IN YOU MY LORD!

Mira Vasante 1968 (PONDICHERRY)

O Almighty Lord! In you have I found my Refuge,
In you have I found the ocean of Love,
In you have I found the depth of your Mercy,
In you have I found the grace to Repent,
In you have I found the Forgiver of my soul,
In you have I found the path to Peace,
In you have I found the virtue of Obedience,
In you have I found the power of remaining Calm,
In you have I found the fragrance of Joy,
In you have I found the Safest place to dwell,
In you have I found streams of Blood shed for me,
In you have I found the Divine Light for my soul,
In you have I found the Truth to set me free,
In you have I found all my bondages Loosened,
In you have I found the Healing of my body, mind and soul,
In you have I found the Power and Wisdom of God,
In you have I found MY LORD AND MY GOD!

I thoroughly enjoyed your poem, "IN YOU MY LORD!". The undying faith and immense respect for the Almighty is palpable and truly touching. You have expressed such profound emotions captivatingly, and your profound use of repetition effectively emphasizes the speaker's beautiful and spiritual journey of discovery.

You've done an excellent job encapsulating a wide array of elements like Love, Peace, Joy, Forgiveness, Truth, etc, and evoking strong emotions. The final line, "In you have I found MY LORD AND MY GOD!" left an impactful, resonating impression, masterfully summing up the entire sentiment of the poem.

As for suggestions on improvement, while the repetition creates a lovely rhythmic pattern, you may want to consider interspersing some different stylistic elements or varied sentence structures to provide a bit of diversity to the flow of the poem. Also, you might want to explore using more figurative language to make your descriptions even more vivid and evocative.

Another point that could add some depth to your poem is to occasionally show these discoveries and realizations through metaphors or narratives, rather than stating them directly. This could give readers a chance to engage more actively with your poem, interpreting and deriving their own meanings.

However, these suggestions are rather minimal as your poem already has a strong, stirring core. I appreciate the genuine devotion and earnest reflections. Your passion for spiritual discovery is truly commendable and inspiring. Great work!
