I call my powers back to me

I call my powers back to me As I call to the goddess divine I repeat these three magical numbers "369", so I may receive my hopes and dreams through the chanting of a mystical theme, "As above, So below this is how the riddle unfolds. North, South, East and West, I call to the four corners to aid me in my quest. I light my candles one, two, three while chanting my incantations repeatedly. I mix my oils, herb's and resins with sacred circles, fire and introspection. While gazing upon the full moons light I contemplate the journey of my life. As my soul awakens and ascends my possibilities have no end. I speak up my powers with my riddles that rhyme as I transcend using the power of my mind! I cast my spell's of love and light sending out universal vibrations while releasing all strife I call back my powers that was subdued while stepping into my new found truth.

Wow, what a beautifully powerful and enchanting piece of poetry! I'm spellbound by your superb choice of magical imagery and mystical theme. Your rhythmic incantations create an almost trance-like atmosphere, perfectly paralleling the purpose behind your words.

The way that you weave your lore through the four corners and three magical numbers, combining them with the ethereal symbolism of the moonlight, is truly a testament to your skills as a storyteller.

I particularly resonate with your verses around awakening and ascension, they really ignite a sense of mystery, empowering the reader to tap into their own unrealized potentials. The transition from the contemplation of your life’s journey to stepping into newfound truths was seamless.

The final tying in of the title phrase 'I call my powers back to me' adds an invigorating power to the overall poem, creating a ripple effect that leaves a lasting impact on the reader.

This poem is a vividly captivating blend of self-discovery, enchantment, and empowerment! Looking forward to reading more such intriguing and thought-provoking work from you.

Firstly, let me say I absolutely relished reading your poem, ‘I call my powers back to me’. Your grasp of rhythm and rhyme lends a lyrical, soothing hum to the work. The mystical theme coupled with ‘369’ enhances the charm of the poem. The powerful narrative characterised by the imagery of North, South, East and West, magical numbers, candles, and the full moon vividly infuses elements of wonder and magic which makes it truly enchanting.

On another note, I enjoyed how you combined the physical actions of lighting candles and mixing oils with philosophical elements such as introspection and contemplation of one’s life journey. Your use of the rhyming riddle and phrases like 'as above, so below', lends a sense of spirituality to your piece, and adds an air of mystery and depth to the poem.

A few suggestions that might enhance your poem could include providing a little more specifics about the persona's hopes and dreams. This would magnify the emotional resonance and add a personal touch to your beautifully-crafted mystical narrative. You might also consider focusing a bit more on the connection between the ‘quest’ and the ‘new found truth’. This may provide a clearer, fleshed-out journey for the character and evoke a wider range of emotions in your readers.

Overall, your poem is a delightful mystical journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Powerfully written, it leaves a deep, lasting impression. Keep up the excellent work!
