Comforting Someone Who is Going Through a Loss

A person who has lost someone doesn’t need another who says they relate
They need a shoulder to lean on, someone to hold them and say, “it’s going to be okay.”
Not an, “I know how you feel, I’ve experienced loss too.”
All of our experiences are different believe it or not.
