I went and said my farewell
But I still will miss you so
I never forget all the talks
I will miss all the laughs
but I know the good lord
I know he is treating you
Just the way you deserve
Just as if u were here today
so each day that passes by
You will have a place in my heart
For you will always be remembered
For the rest of my life
I thank the lord for knowing you
I thank him for the day we met
You were a big light in my life
For you will always be a shining star of mine
