When You Feel Alone

When you feel alone…

When you feel alone, depressed or sad,
When at somebody you think you are mad,
When your world appears to be crashing down,
And all around you seem to wear a frown,
Look up to heaven; seek the Lord's dear face,
And all your worries, He'll surely efface.
As you plead with God, Christ's name invoke,
His promise so true, He'll never revoke.
Though He never promised a life without pain,
Through many trials faith is yours to gain.
Look up, cheer up, see the Lord's rainbow
Arched across the skies...love is all aglow...

If to many doubts your soul is still prone,
Remember, my Friend, you are not alone.
