Love on the Shore

Along the sea,
With an ocean breeze,
Damp sand
And hand in hand
She kept her head on his shoulder.
He held her even stronger
The sea had a magic
That there’s nothing tragic
His words had such a charm
That brought her storms to a calm.
His gaze followed her gaze
How vast was ocean's pace.
They wished the world to stop
Waves, breeze, calmness and them both

About this poem

Once, while lying under the starry sky, I wodered what it would feel like to sit on the sea shore beside an imaginary lover who could bring all your storms to calm
