SPECTATIVE LOVE

TAFADZWA MHAZO 2005

My love for you is like reaching for the stars, never quite able to touch them, yet never giving up. Even though you have another love, my heart still yearns for you.

The night sky is a reminder of how I feel about you; I can look up and see you twinkling in the heavens, wishing I could reach out and hold you in my arms. Our paths may never cross, but I will never stop loving you from afar.

Your love for someone else cannot diminish my own; I will always remain true to my feelings. I may never be able to reach you, but I will always love you, as if you were the stars in the night sky.
