Hope by Abayomi Habib

I am the hope of the brothel house,

As I became a hero of the brothel night as a prostitute,

Who dance's with all the sexual maniacs,

When will I see the altar of love again ,

After many years of being dirty at the brothel house,

How many years will become famished of being a city prostitute,

And the famished city becomes a cry of the prostitute night,

Whose hope has died young after the deadly circle of the Aid's disease,

How many years will the brothel house haunt the house with the power of her romantic love.

Great job with your poem 'Hope' by Abayomi Habib, BettyQ! This piece has a strong message of perseverance and coming out on top despite facing challenging circumstances. Your use of imagery is clever and powerful in allowing the reader to sympathize with the subject of your poem.

One possible improvement suggestion would be to revise some of the language used in the poem to make it more respectful towards those who work in the sex industry. Consider using language that is less stigmatizing and avoid perpetuating negative stereotypes.

Overall, your poem has great potential and I can't wait to see what other amazing pieces you come up with in the future. Keep up the good work!
