Thank You For The Delay

I was just thinking about Jesus,
And how many think He's delayed.
Then I thought how I'm thankful
For having to wait all these days.

You see, if He came years ago
I'd be left behind, I know.
So think of that next time
You start thinking He's slow.

Many more will come to Christ
Before the rapture, I know I'm right.
When you have His heart
You know it's not falling apart.

It's falling into place!
He will come again - it's a guarantee.
Just pray for the strength to endure.
He'll give it to you - I'm sure.

God has a perfect plan
Above the ways of man.
God will come again & we will be
Forever in His presence in the heavenlies.

True, i believe He will too. Do not get stuck in the darkness too much, too long of 1 Cor 13:12 though, for we can only see so much on this side and too much theology and words of teachers can cause to think we know how things will happen, can get stuck in our minds without maybe ever the realization that we could be wrong about different things or just not able to understand more. (see my last two poems - written today). Liked the 11 - 14 lines... see my last poem.
