Neglect

Neglect still feels the same
Is it that nothing  changed
Memories of other day
Are still fresh in my head
My heart's too weak to handle again
Neglect..is it still the same?

Am trying hard to understand
Make excuses on behalf
But will it wipe my hurt
And mend my heart?

I wonder why i want to cry
The pain is too clear to deny
But why
Do i keep experiencing it everytime

Am I too bad to like
Do i usually spoil for fights
Or am I just too uptight
Anyways neglect is always there
Wreaking havoc that I can barely bare

Why does it hurt again
Like it never really did end
But it's okay
I'ma pick up my little pieces
And start all over again
Neglect won't hold me down any longer
