Fresh paint
Starting something new is never an easy thing to do especially in a relationship
Don't know what to expect besides the
awkwardness the silences and the biting lips
Everything must start somewhere before somethingcan be formed
Like seeing the sunny skies again after a never-ending rainstorm
An empty canvas awaits those ready to paint the
future and see a new landscape
The best things in life take time so let's see where this
road leads us and let it take shape
Nothing else do to but hope for the best because I
know I did what I can now just waiting for a spark
Better than staying on the sidelines and expecting
something to happen while staying in the dark
Only time will tell me if I'm just another failed
encounter or perhaps on your long-term plans
Because I do not want to be someone boy to play
around with but your dream charming man
To wake up to you and love you anew every single day
To taste the sweetness of those lovely lips
Serenade you constantly with the type of passion you only see in movies scenes & scripts
I don't know what I see when we lock eyes to eyes and Im holding you in my arms in proximity
Just enjoying every moment of holding you in my
arms while I ponder if I'm still a mystery
Not claiming lm a catch or someone I'm not just to
win points and trying to impress
Just laying everything on the line and hope it was
enough to make some progress
As I discover every part of you with the time allocated and the moment wine down to a close
Memories made with each session sketch into my
portrait that l'lI treasure the most
Don't know the outcome of what we got now because haven't got a clue
Nothing fake about me
No fancy brands because they mean nothing to me
The only thing worth anything and value to me is you.
