Oh Makayla- Overthinking is not healthy and you know it
You are going to drive yourself insane
The first step to heal is to admit
That sometimes you don't have to explain

Explain why you are feeling down
Or why you are stressing out
You don't need to explain yourself
So please turn that frown around
Those negative feelings you are better without
It’s time to love oneself
