They say he exist

“Yes”, they say; “Yes”, they say;
“A figure beyond yonder skies live,
Who created this holy world,
World full of puzzles, full of surprises,
A world which is perfect in his eyes”

“Shall I ever meet him in my eye-twinkling life”, I beseech them with shine in my eyes
And they answer, “By all means, indeed. If you believe in him, worship him, and have all your other affairs in life aside; then one day, you shall”
“But why worship him”, I raise the hurdle
“You must be as pure in thought as in soul”, they reply

I thought long and long, but could not fathom the high barrier to encounter the figure who everyone praised;
And then it became dark,
Darkest I have ever seen since;
I saw them burning a poor man’s cottage,
For he shall not have done any wrong,
In not handing them over the wage;
The wage required for the worship of the holy figure;
How dare he not please them;
He prayed, “Forgive me for my crops have ruined, for my children were sick, for my brother begged me to save his only tool of life, for I was to assert my adieu to my parting wife”

He was rewarded with an iron fist,
His children were sold,
He was taken to Shambles’ gate,
His destiny has taken him so far;
His destiny has taken him so far;
