SOAKED IN GRACE

     It's more than a little bit strange,
how much our lives, we rearrange.
   With only one thing here that's for sure,
is as a baby, so innocent and pure.
   His name, just to speak it, mighty it be,
as He hung there for you and me.
   Father forgive them, they know not what they do,
He gave up the Spirit, died for me and you.
   But wait the best is yet to be, it's not done,
the truest work of God had now just begun.
   The blood, the Love, the Forgiveness, the life it took,
on each side of Him that day they hung a crook.
   One became a child of God, in whom was truly forgiven,
whom shall rise again in Jesus, truly life now worth liven.
  Who am I you ask, I must speak the truth with each word I say,
I am your brother, your helper, your friend faithful in God all the way.
  We are the same, and in that we are one to another,
In our Father, His blood and forgiveness, soaked in his Grace, your brother....
