Hot summer night

hot summer night
grey black clouds above
pale moon light
crickets aloud
soft wind pass by
we sit in the kitchen
no words spoken
time passes slowly
I see you want to leave
so you will leave
I will be alone again
empty bed lonely nights
paint chips lay in the corner
cobwebs hang
sheer curtains wave
the soft wind pass by
dogs bark
cats fighting
flys buzzing
a kiss on the cheek
fair thee well
