Neath a Fragrant Cherry Tree

On my journey I took to rest,
Neath a fragrant cherry tree.
Pink blossoms stretch fully budding,
Neath a fragrant cherry tree.
My mind a spectrum of laden thoughts,
Neath a fragrant cherry tree.
Soft grass lush and blue on which I lay
Neath a fragrant cherry tree.
The sky attune with keys of song,
Neath a fragrant cherry tree.
My thoughts hath gone by way of grey,
Neath a fragrant cherry tree.
Oh!  My Love!
My Love!
Leave me where I lay,
Where I long to stay and be.
Neath a fragrant cherry tree.
