Happiness
Is a clean bill of health from the doctor,
happiness is not the things
which can be created
but to push  ourselves to be happy
to do things which makes us happy .
like it said eat one apple a day
keep the doctor away
likewise ,do one thing a day which
makes you happy it help us to away from  depression.......

    Much has been said about happiness or the road to happiness. But how to teach someone to be happy? No person has ever known it.
    If we knew the way to happiness, what a world this would be! Some say, 'Not in this world but beyond: in heaven is the real happiness." "Down here we can be glad but never really happy."
