Wings of Forever: A Rose-tinged Adventure with My Soulmate

I stand at the threshold, hoping to hear a sound
That will make my heart race with joy and wonder
For I have longed for an angel to come knocking
On my door, to fill my life with love and laughter
To share with me the highs and lows of this adventure
And to revel with me in every new discovery.

Many times, I've paced this floor, waiting for the one
Who would lift me up and show me the way to soar
Through the skies of possibility and imagination
Where I could be free to dream and explore
With a partner who'd see the world with fascination
And make each moment a new chance for adoration.

At last, the knock comes, and my heart skips a beat
As I run to the door, my soul on fire with heat
And there stands my angel, radiant and true
With a smile that lights up the world like a dew
Of diamonds, and eyes that sparkle with delight
As if they hold the secrets of day and night.

We embrace, and I know that this is the one
Whom I have been seeking all along, a perfect son
Of the universe, who's come to share my fate
And to make our journey a joyful, wondrous date
With destiny and serendipity as our guides
As we explore the mysteries of the tides.

Together, we set out, hand in hand
To explore the world, to make our stand
Against the shadows and the doubts
That would cast us out and make us pout
With anger and despair at every turn
But with our love, we can always learn.

We travel far and wide, across the seas
And over mountains, through the trees
And everywhere we go, we find
A reason to be grateful and kind
To each other, and to those we meet
Whose hearts and souls are pure and sweet.

We dance under the moon, and we sing
Songs of joy and hope, as we fling
Our hearts and souls into the fray
Of life, knowing that come what may
We will always have each other
To lean on, to hold, to discover.

And as we journey on, our love grows
Stronger and deeper, like a rose
That blooms in the desert, defying
The odds, and shining like a diamond
In the sun, a testament to the power
Of love, in every passing hour.

So, I thank the universe, for sending
My angel, who has brought unending
Joy and wonder to my life
And who has shown me the way to thrive
In this world, with all its trials
And who has made me smile.

For, with my angel, I can soar
Above the fray, and always more
Towards the stars, and beyond
To the realms where dreams respond
To the power of love, and where
We can dance in the moon's soft glare.

So, my dear angel, let us go
Wherever the winds may blow
And let us dance, and sing, and play
And let our love light up the day
For all to see, and for all to know
That with you, I will always grow.

Our journey continues, hand in hand
As we traverse across the sand
And through the valleys of life's ups and downs
Our love remains strong, unbreakable bounds
For every challenge that we face
We come out stronger in this endless race.

Together we have built a home
Filled with memories, love and hope
We've shared tears, laughter and joy
As we've watched our love steadily deploy
Expanding like the universe beyond
As we build a life that we are fond.

Our love is a bond that transcends

It's a flame that burns with intense fire
A passion that we both admire
It's a compass that guides us to our true north

As we sit under the stars, hand in hand
