Fake it

Sam Betts 1962 (Barnsley)

No shame right now though it will come no one will ever know, in the background of my mind the embers start to glow.
Every deed I ever witnessed or mistake that I did make
My mind has held a copy that proves I am a fake
It’s time for endless sleep from which I’ll never rise so draw in close and hear my mind before I close my eyes.
