Where is I?
Lost in a labyrinthine haze,
I wander through endless days,
Seeking what cannot be found,
Yet ever seeking, I am bound.
The mirage of individuality,
A fleeting dream, a vague reality,
Are we mere copies of our kind,
Or do we bear a unique mind?
A gust of wind, a caress so light,
Whispers of a path, shining bright,
Guiding me closer to my soul,
Towards a destination, unknown.
Time is fleeting, I cannot stay,
Yet I linger, hesitant to stray,
Trapped in the web of life's demands,
Haunted by the fear of unknown lands.
The rushing stream, the towering trees,
A symphony of nature, a sanctuary of peace,
Here, in this serene abode,
I can let go of my heavy load.
In this search for myself,
I have lost sight of life's wealth,
Yet I cling on to survival's thread,
Hoping for a brighter road ahead.
Amidst the chaos, I find my way,
Through the mist, I see a ray,
Of hope, of love, of joy and peace,
Guiding me toward my release.
Though blooming seems an impossible feat,
I take comfort in the journey, bittersweet,
For in the worst and best, I find,
A glimpse of the self, undefined.
