Acrostic
The inkwell dried many summers ago.
The moonbeams in there downstream,
And lines in the memory lanes
From heights far in oblivion,
Pray, let me recreate the springs
To be back in the frame—
Only if she reconnects her lines
In tune to make our duet encore.
