WIFEY

Everyday I struggle with life,
But you keep the demons at bay by being my wife,
I wasted too many years looking for you,
Single Muslims coming to the rescue,
5 years of pain and nearly giving up,
Forget winning the lottery, it was more like winning the World Cup

I just wanted to find someone who took me as I was,
Someone who saw more than the lack of religion,
Someone whose hugs made me safe from my mind and the outside evils,
Putting up with all my flaws,
With whom a relationship seems more epic than any fiction,
You have become my guard from all the demons

Heaven is in your big brown eyes and heart melting smile,
God can be found in the warm cuddles in the moments of self doubt,
I love how we share the same core values and lifestyle,
That I trust that you will be here when I become old and senile,
Calming me down whenever after I have had my shout,
You even tried improving my fashion style

Forget paper, cotton, leather, linen and wood,
You had all off me since your smile trapped me in Belgos,
Every breath with you makes me less misunderstood and more assured,
You bring more colour and excitement into my life, than any rainbows
You are the bravest woman I know, even tho you cant stand horror movies,
And instead of alcohol we will be celebrating our love drinking smoothies
