The Queer Welcome

She wouldn’t allow us to sit on chairs
Down we went the echoing stairs
The wind chilled us to the bones
I wanted to kick some…stones
Only if the sun had been a bit more bright
I would have been more than just alright
And if the ground had not been a prick!
I would not be scared of getting sick
If the weather was not so cold
In the class I would have been a bit bold
All in all the experience was rather Queer
But for the sake of creativity look past your comfort, My Dear.
