Child lost to Divorce

Michael R. Galvan 1969 (Harlingen)

Do not hate on me,
for all the lies told to you.
Love you always, Dad.

About this poem

It is a sad time in this society when the courts turn a blind eye to the psychological abuse of children during the divorce process. I have only spoken to my daughter around 5 times in the last 10 years because of her mother not allowing her to visit or talk to me. Shared custody no longer exists in most states. 6 years of child custody court battles and still no resolve. I hope you read this Mia.
