Word salad

Word salad is a verbal compilation from the narcissists point of view a bunch of irrelevant words your forced to listen to.
Word salad misleads you without a doubt, keeping you from being able to figure the nark out.
Like a play on words this salad messes with your head, all those words spoken but nothing is said.
If your wondering what's mixed in this bowl of chatter, listen up close ,this recipe matters.
3 cups of the nark lying about where he's been...

2 more cups of him convincing you that "SHES JUST HIS FRIEND!!
1/2 cup of him saying he doesn't know her name.
3 tablespoons of yelling "YOU ARE INSANE!!!
2 dashes of him saying that its trust in him you lack.Dont forget the sprinkles of talks behind your back.We all know how the narcissist  love that...
You know now how this unhealthy salad is mixed ,run away don't fall for his tricks.

About this poem

This is a term that I've heard many times in dealing with a narcissist and have also experienced it being done to me as often as possible.
