True fliers of earth

Haley chapman 1992 (Grayling)

Windy all around
As I'm high above the ground
On a cliff, with fire beneath.
Leap to the air with my wings opened wide
As the morning is good for flying.
The day is good for hunting
With the wind soaring around
A blaze in my mouth
With my wings arched and wide open
Then I came to the earth to stand my ground
Over my meal today
For I am a dragon proud and true
We are the true rulers of the skies
