Soul chains that never rust

Soul chains that never rust.

This cell is cold and dark
Even when in the summer Sun

These chains keep you from moving
Even when you go for a three mile run

There is no rest in this cold dark place
Even tho on your pillow rests your face

The person behind the windows of your eyes cry out for freedom beating at the walls of your subconscious
Longing to escape these chains that never rust

Rolling out of bed free
But bound mentally

Unable to lift yourself cause the weight of these chains
Even tho physically they don't weigh a thing

Mr. Motivation seems to give you hope
But it quickly fades
Those words he uttered were just well put together cliches

Mr. Strength tells you set yourself free bro stop cryn
When he himself is bound by narcissistic jargon

Miss. Sympathy makes you feel so so good
But to much time spent with her will leave you bound for good

Mrs. Lust will take you on a sensational trip
But her end will lead you to much more guilt

Is there anyone who can set you free from these soul chains that never rust??

...

Good Friend will walk with you through your pain
And is always there especially when it rains
Good Friend is also of the Way and has access to A King that can break every chain...
