No Greater Story to Tell

No greater story to tell
By RA Martin

No greater time or event to bare witness
No greater inspiration
No greater story of hope
No greater information sharing of good men
No greater timing of soulmates connecting in complete true love.

When two become one, best of friends, companions, mates, partners, lovers physically and cerebral. The shared enlightenment of two filled with love greater than oneself.

Only one other experience attempts to match such happiness.
Witnessing this event; seeing the light in your best friends eyes and life.

About this poem

As best man for both my friends TJ and Scott, I incorporated this poem. They briefly met years ago and felt the spark instantly for each other. However, life had taken them on different paths and in relationships with other. Twenty years later they found each online and one year married and happily ever after.
