The one who’s not able

Emery Dunning 2023 (SC)

The weight going onto my arms is pain
I start to struggle and cant feel myself
I felt no accomplishment to my gains
My body start to give out on myself
I thought i saw light flash before my eyes
I was held up by my gym coach trainer
I didn't feel right like i didn't try
I couldn't see at all it was a blur
My coaches voice begin to repeat words
I couldn't smell or even hear a sound
My heart raced at a pace of beats ,its gird
I saw myself and had notice a wound
I was mad and furious and had Rage
I figured it out that it was old age
