Where Is Spring?
As I gaze upon the dark and wintry clouds
I ask myself
Where is Spring?
It is February
And the idea of
Flowers blooming and sunshine
Seems so distant
Where is Spring?
And then my thoughts
Turn to you
I see Spring
In those blue eyes
Those dancing blue eyes
I see Spring
In your heart
A heart that Speaks of love
I see Spring In your hands
Hands that must be busy
Where is Spring?
Spring is here
It is in the form of my beloved.
