Stars

Couldn't sleep.
Everyone is sleeping.
Can't sleep.
Is it an early case of insomnia

I head for the door.
I head for the outside.
Only two lights are on.
I drink some water.

I can see the stars today.
Never seen them before.
The light pollution you know.
I take my phone out
Shoot to the sky.
Only one star appears in the photo.

So it can be this serene.
So the city sleeps.
Only the dogs barking.
I snapped to the sky.
The newly constructed flats appeared adjacent.
Adjacent to the sky
I liked the photo.
I took more snaps.
Snaps of the building and  of the sky
Snaps of building adjacent to the sky.

The lights in my neighbor's home.
There is a tree above the security lights .
How would it look like on camera?
I take a snap.
The concrete and the green.
Fighting for the space.
I liked the photo.
I took two more.

Can they coexist?
We attacked first.
And now we want to create for them green spaces .
But the seventy year old tree,
The neighbor refused to fell.
I think we can coexist.
