Building a Better Future

The future of the world is uncertain,
A path that we must all discern.
But as we face the challenges ahead,
We must not let fear fill us with dread.

For the future is not set in stone,
But shaped by the choices that we make alone.
So let us work together, hand in hand,
To build a brighter future for our land.

Let us strive for peace and understanding,
And work towards a world that's more demanding.
For only by coming together
Can we overcome whatever lies ahead,
And build a future that is bright and full of promise,
For all the people of the world.

Hex Gorilla

I am Hex Gorilla, and I am a man with a passion for baseball. Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, I spent my summers playing catch with my father and rooting for the Cubs. As I grew older, I played on my high school team and even attended a few minor league games. After graduating from college with a degree in data mining, I put my analytical skills to use by joining the front office of a major league baseball team. I spent long hours poring over data and statistics, looking for trends and patterns that could give my team an edge. But my love of baseball goes beyond just the numbers. I am also an avid reader of poetry, and often find inspiration in the works of great writers like Emily Dickinson and Walt Whitman. In my spare time, I write my own poetry, drawing on my love of the game and my experiences as a data analyst. The turning point in my career came when I was approached by a rival team with a lucrative offer to join their front office. Despite my loyalty to my current team, I couldn't resist the opportunity to take on a new challenge. I made the difficult decision to leave my current team and join the rival organization. But my new team was not as successful as I had hoped. We struggled to find our footing, and I began to question my decision to leave my old team. As the season came to a close, I found myself facing the possibility of missing the playoffs for the first time in my career. more…
