The beauty of an ugly friend

How could I forget my ugly friend
"If you find him, please send!"
I shall slap him and kick him very hard
Then, hug him very tight and cry akin a lad
He never got angry when I made his fun
But whenever I fell ill, he converted to nun
With no marks on his face when all teased him
But when I did the same, he got a little bit dim
The ugliest in the crooked herd
With whiskered moustache and a dense beard
Years before he met me with a bent
But I took my axe and waited him days in tent
Days after I got ruined and left my house
And searched his stay with my children and spouse
He returned me away and denied for a rent
With a bellicose mood and hostile face paint
Days after he met me alone
His wife and children were dead and bygone
He revealed the truth about that ugliest day
Why he sent me away and what made him betray
His house that day was possessed by spy
So, he tricked me and saved me thereby
I had the handsome heart but couldn't apprehend
That didn't jump much and always tried to blend
I had rudeness but he got neither pierced nor pained
So, I love my dear ugly friend
