No remedy

Feeling really dark today, walls are closing in, hurt from within, there's no remedy.
Wish I could take on board what people keep tellin me, sick inside, always been such a hell in me, there's no remedy.
Another day breathing, another day with thoughts of leaving, these dark thoughts start to seep in, there's something not well in me, there's no remedy.
Why am I here?, one more try, that's what I've gotta keep tellin me, I've got depth to me, yet noone next to me, think I've got a few more breaths in me,
There's no remedy.

About this poem

A dark rendition into my mind on a bad day where everything feels hopeless and lost. As someone that suffers with complex ptsd, severe social anxiety, Bpd and (past tense) addiction issues (currently 10 months sober), I find writing poetry is the calm to mu minds storm. I try my best whilst showing myself in my work to write pieces of work that are also relatable to the wider audience that may also be suffering within their own lives and mental health issues.
