Dear God, can heaven spare a minute

They say life is nothing more then a race against time,
Its like this, no matter how many times you turn the tables she's not coming back are you losing your mind,
You keep on looking, but there's nothing left to find,
Open your eyes, see it for what it is, your not blind......
You keep holding on to matters of the heart that just don't exist,
You cant just flip a coin, or rub the side of a lamp expecting a genie to answer your wish,
You're crazy if you believe in that shit....
Sometimes it feels like a good dream turnt bad taunting my every emotion, and my every thought,
I was there, I watched her die, I saw how hard she fought,
The cameras weren't working, so no one got caught.....
They say wish upon a star and watch as all your alignments fall in to place,
Dear God can heaven please spare a minute, I need her right now we don't have time to waste,
Please let her go, I need to see her face,
For her, ill travel back in time and space,
My poor child you know you just lost that race,
Always know that wishful thinking is a damn disgrace,
You can wait in line as long as you want, you'll see her again but now is not your time,
Dear God, can heaven spare a minute, my heart is broken and im not fine,
There are things I need to tell her, they say every daughter needs their mother and right now I need mine......
         Dear God.......
