Be Human

Free verse
Doesn't matter if you wear your fancy clothes and feathered hats,
Or shiny boots and leathered totes;
All in vain it goes!
But wear your humanity today,
Not white, black, brown or yellow,
But a brighter shade of all to follow!
The one that binds the world today,
And secures love  and friendship,
For the future of tomorrow!

About this poem

Above all race, religion and color, we are humans and humanity is our foremost religion that will bind us together to create a loving, thriving nation !
