HIS Love
Brad Van Conant II 1974 (Croswell)
Live in love, die not in pain,
this life we live is not in vain.
Trust in Him your every sorrow,
be thankful if you’re given tomorrow.
In evil fear not, be righteous and stand,
His strength and power are placed in your hands.
Ask of His love and be not ashamed,
we all live in sin, and all are to blame.
The ups and the downs are just part of His plan,
for building of character that Jesus began.
Give of yourself and share what you know,
belittle the devil, in Christ you will grow.
Serenity does follow your every good deed,
and He will supply whatever you need.
Place in His hands the hate and despair,
of those that are lost and living unfair.
Pray for peace through the darkness of war,
His army of salvation will knock at their door.
Grace and glory through Him shall be known,
if we live in His love, we’re never alone.
