FOOLISH LITTLE BOY

mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)

Foolish little boy do you not know that you are just a toy?
please do not do this to yourself, foolish little boy it is of no surprise so will you not open your eyes

The foolish little boy she sits there not saying a word as you in a manic write down yours nothing left said nothing left to do maybe that is why the color I am wearing is blue

Foolish little boy why do you sit there like you are lost in space I am only asking because I see the blank look you wear upon our face

Foolish little boy at you she laughs her banshee laugh are we ever again to cross eachothers paths inside of this small town with their artificial big city lights

Foolish little boy to her are you something that is used or new? foolish little boy why do you stand outside looking through foolish little boy I do not know what the hell it is you see in her maybe first love.

Foolish little boy do you not know that you are just one among the many in her stable? she is just after you because she knows you are willing but most importantly of all able
foolish little boy, please close that door foolish little boy please do not be her fool anymore
