Sonography of emptiness

As an artist
Putting feelings into
Words and words into
Musings to fill gaps of
Silences is a form of therapy
For people like us who
Fail to express emotions
Directly where and when needed.
Where words fail to
Speak, silence does
And when silences fail
To communicate, poetry
Does the talking and
Helps in letting out
The things float out
Making our souls
Empty from holding
On.
As a human
Filling empty hours of
Unoccupied days with
Scribbling on pages
Of a diary to make a
Rhythm that would
Freely let the unsaid
Confessions and truths
dance is an escape where
People like us set
Ourselves out of the
Cage where the walls hold
Secrets and emotions and
Feelings which are now tired
Of being locked inside
And wish to go to
Places where they belong
And to people who are
Home.
As artists or individuals
We all need escapism from
Thoughts with maybe words
Or art which will
Draw or paint or sing our
Hidden truthsuths and realities
And therein we find the proof
That emptiness can prevail
And is eventually important too
We just need to somehow
Convey it out through courage or
Let it survive through
Art.
