Numbness

Laying on my bed,  in my home,
Yet feels like...
I'm homeless....
I eat , i sleep , i walk and talk,
But why everything feels,
 so senseless...
The Heart of me has lived no more,
Like the poison has been stabbed..
From top to core...

I'm trying hard to stop this all,
But my mind isn't following my call...
No hurt, no love, no emotion in my heart,
Every body cell of me has torn apart...

I go down and down...
Into the sound,
The beat of music...
And to my every wound,

Nothing in me feels more or less..
I'm laying at home , yet feels homeless.

About this poem

We all have that phase for atleast once in our life where we stop feeling everything for some period of time, everything seems wrong yet we have no clue to make it right...This poetry of mine defines that devastating state of a person who's going through that phase and has been left with nothingness.. hope you all will relate to it.
