Euphoria, Deja vu and Feels
It's been years since I felt that,
Smthg only a lover can feel.
It may be unrequited love which was meant to break in as a plague,
Me as a victim accepted it with affection and made it my medicine.
It was his voice which I compared to the rain drops,
It was him about whom I gossiped to the moon about.
Things dear to me are still related to his pronoun of him,
I got over everything but never that hem of moment I shared with him.
I always said I would never turn him in my words of just a page long poetry,
But sorry I had to coz you are not here with me.
I'm only left with our memories and sleepless nights,
Night when I was counting stars and suddenly you said you love me.
Then you were shining like moon to me,
My eyes glistened and without thinking once I said not more I love you.
It seemed as life flashed in front of your eyes,
On the other side I was praying for your life.
All I felt was euphoria smthg he forced me to feel,
Never got that deja vu.
Like coffee we were bitter too,
The sweetness faded away soon.
Little does he know I still think about him,
All the sentiments I kept for him.
He made me get my feels everytime,
And in return I made him my euphoria, my deja vu and lastly he was the only the thing I felt becoz he became my feels too.
