Good experiences, bad experiences
Pressing time for their turn
To be promoted next to reality
To be chiseled up in the memory lane

There are moments of happiness
Filled with long-lasting joy
The heart reveals our inner state
Sweet memories just roll

They sometimes are moments of hurt
We feel the monochrome color of pain
White and empty, dark and cold
Pain eats slowly, pain paralyzes the soul

The depth of our memories of struggle
An iceberg in the light of gray truth
The simple memories of delight
A sign of hope after the storm ends too
