Be You Because I Will Be Me

i was fortunate enough to have an education
i understand the concepts of gains and of failure
i understand the meaning of love and of loss
however, at times, I sit and I wonder about
how much I have tossed

with my blunder of thoughts about
all of the failure
all of the bliss i've experienced -
all the life i've lived
with a life that's not really rude
and with me sometimes being someone i couldn't forgive

but

something else could trigger the outcome
if we all contemplate once in a while...
for me:

the falsehood of living is never forgiving, and
the people who 'bleed' in front of you will never rust.
