ONE DAY

One day, one day;
I knew it would happen one day.
And that one day I knew about has come my way.
Yet, that one day didn't come alone,
That one day brought some friends along,
And this is who that one day had brought along;
Pain, tears, heartbreak, regret, anger, and question,
Like; why did that one day have to do my life oh-so wrong?
That one day, the weather hit my world oh-so strong,
And after the storm was all over and done,
I then realized; my love, the only love I once had, was now dead and gone.
And because of that one day, is why I wrote this poem. I still love you Gary, Goodbye and so long.
