Hahaha

Would you prefer to know when you’ll die or where you’ll die?
What a foolish question, surely you’d rather know where.
How humorous it would be to question when.
Everyday you do that hellish thing that
drains the remnants of what was once a soul to hopefully
one day get to do that which will drain you insignificantly less
all while disregarding today.
Those eyes are wilted and each breath questioned
Though every weekend you force yourself to ignore this while among the bags of flesh
you pretend to hold dear. When you’ll die? You’ve been dead for decades, silly corpse.

Where you ask? Think back, think to all of those places.
Where were you during that heartbreak, oh and that one too.
A failed dream here, inseparables estranged there.
During this loss and that loss, each taking a little piece, a little part of you.
Don’t blame yourself though, how could you not fall victim to the tomb.
The where and when were the point you left that accursed womb.
