Para mi Rey.
Irena Horodynska 1971 (Zlotoryja)
When we were lying together on the wet grass
Looking up if the sky would open
I felt your skin through on my back and your warm heart
Wanting to freeze this moment.
Wanting to freeze this time and this pose
In which we both felt special union
In which the tune of our unison voice
Turned into laugh and a holy communion
In which we both were humming this song
About the Mountains in heaven
Knowing that even when we die
Our memories will live forever.
