when i took a sip of my mothers pain

When I took a sip of my mother's pain.  I began to feel depressed, lonely, and ashamed.  My life was cruel, but I maintained to go to school.  My mother was depressed, so I was too.  I was constantly sick like I had the flu. So we packed our bags, and we moved away.  Were ever we go. the pain and the anger would stay.  So we got down on our knees and began to pray.  That same day God answered our prayers.  After that day, man I've never felt the same.  But I will always remember that day.  I took a sip of my mothers pain.
