Elegy
Slowness of time made her dream
Then the picture went awry
She, created from his seed
Ingested now to feel his need
It as a homage; an act of total communion
Ingest. Incest
Unendingly impure
For thee to endure

She lived in thee
Twice what I'd been
The soft accented speech
No, Fool!
An illusion
Dreaming in the slowness of time
Yes! A false idea; a delusion
To her hungry soul
Every bitter thing is sweet

About this poem

A girl who suffered greatly but then choose to keep quite. She suffers emotionally and sexually
